Meet the Founder —Lakhwinder Singh I started Baidwan Poultry Farms with a simple vision — to raise healthy hens in a natural, stress-free environment and produce the freshest eggs possible for Kiwi families. Farming is in my blood, but I’ve always believed there’s a better way to do it: one that respects the animals, cares for the land, and delivers real quality you can taste. Every decision we make — from the design of our free-range sheds to the way we rotate our pastures — is guided by that vision. It’s about more than producing eggs; it’s about building a sustainable future for our farm, our community, and our customers. When I’m not on the farm checking on the hens, you’ll find me working with my team to improve our processes, connect with our customers, and ensure Baidwan Poultry Farms continues to set the standard for free-range egg production in New Zealand.

As Co-Founder of Baidwan Poultry Farms, Harpreet plays a key role in turning our shared vision into reality. With a passion for hands-on farming and a sharp eye for detail, he oversees the daily operations that keep our hens happy, healthy, and productive. Growing up together, we shared the same values — hard work, respect for the land, and a belief that fresh, ethical food is worth the effort. Today, Harpreet brings that dedication to every aspect of the farm, from animal welfare and feed management to egg quality control and logistics. His commitment ensures that every egg leaving our farm meets the highest standards — fresh, local, and produced with care. More than a business partner, Harpreet is the driving force behind the smooth running of Baidwan Poultry Farms, keeping our operation both efficient and true to our values.
Amandeep Singh
Key Account Specialist
Amandeep Singh is a supply and demand specialist with 8 plus years of experience in logistics and forecast planning. He specializes in marketing and campaign management, with a proven track record of increasing brand engagement. Currently, he leads the marketing efforts for Baidwan Limited where he develops and implements innovative campaigns to drive business growth.I will be helping to grow the business by building relationships with clients nationwide. Amandeep manages relationships with a company's most important clients, focusing on building strong, long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth. They act as the primary point of contact for these key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and success.
